Amara Heppell

Amara Heppell, APR, CP3, is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and media. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Consultant at the City of Red Deer since 2014, Amara has previously held roles including Communications Consultant and Reporter at Black Press & Peak Publication Society, Communications Assistant at the Provincial Health Services Authority, and Brand Ambassador at Grey Canada. Amara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a History minor from Simon Fraser University and has pursued further education at The University of British Columbia.
