Jennifer Nwachukwu, P.Eng. MsPM, PMP®, currently serves as the Capital Projects Engineer (Supervisor) for the City of Red Deer since August 2017, overseeing a team of Project Managers in delivering a variety of infrastructure projects. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a Project Control Engineer at Parkland Corporation, focusing on project planning and controls for sustainment initiatives. Jennifer's extensive experience includes holding positions such as Senior Project Engineer at Afren Energy Resources, Project Engineer at Epeus, and Operations Support Engineer at Shell, where responsibilities included managing mega EPC projects, developing project plans, and optimizing operational performance. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Project Management for Oil & Gas from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
