Monty Morshed, MS, PE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager in the Municipal Utilities and Engineering Department at the City of Redlands since March 2013, Morshed has previously held significant roles, including Public Works Engineer for the San Bernardino County Department of Public Works, Senior Project Manager at the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority, and Senior Project Engineer at SCS Engineers. Morshed's earlier career includes positions as Interim Program Manager/Senior Environmental Engineer at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and Environmental Engineer at CH2M HILL.
