Bryan Copley

Bryan Copley is a seasoned professional in urban development, currently serving as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Redmond, WA since April 2024, focusing on community engagement and land use policies. As CEO and Co-founder of CityBldr since May 2016, Bryan specializes in optimizing land use. Bryan also invests in multiple companies, including inCitu, Padvest, Wilderness Labs Inc., and Hammr, contributing to innovative urban development and property management solutions. Previous roles include advisory positions with Cuby and Ochre, as well as membership in the Forbes Real Estate Council. Bryan pursued education at the University of Washington and General Assembly.
