Currently serving as IS Manager for the City of Redmond, WA since January 2002, Melissa has held various leadership roles, including Interim Deputy TIS Director and Support Services Manager. Prior experience includes positions as GIS Manager at Spotts, Stevens and McCoy, Inc. and GIS Manager/Senior GIS Analyst at Foster Wheeler Environmental. Melissa began their career as a Research Scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
