Chadwick Castle is the Managing Director and founder of Excelsior Realty Services LLC, established in January 2007, which offers comprehensive sales and leasing brokerage services for real estate entrepreneurs. In addition to this role, Chadwick serves as the Chairman of the Budget and Finance Commission for the City of Redondo Beach since October 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services (acquired by Cushman and Wakefield) from 2003 to 2007, where responsibilities included marketing and selling commercial properties. Earlier roles encompass Principal at Concordia Solutions (1999-2003), where Chadwick managed commercial real estate investments, and Associate positions at Credit Suisse (1998-1999) and UBS Investment Bank (1996-1998), executing investment banking transactions. The career began as an Analyst at Prudential Securities from 1994 to 1996, contributing to financing transactions. Chadwick holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, obtained in 1994.
