City of Redondo Beach
Wendy Navarrete is an Assistant Engineer at the City of Redondo Beach since October 2021. Previously, Wendy gained valuable experience as a Student Intern at the City of Los Angeles, focusing on the design of ADA-compliant ramps and assessing street reconstruction for Vision Zero elements. Additional experience includes an internship at the City of Santa Ana, where Wendy designed, optimized, and maintained traffic signals, and held an internship at TranSystems, conducting assessments of over 6,500 bus stops. Early experiences included roles as a Sales Associate at ROSS and Cashier at Jack in the Box, along with an internship at BP. Wendy is pursuing a BA in Mechanical Engineering at Cal State LA College of ECST.
