Joanna Barrett, MBA, has extensive experience in administrative and financial roles, currently serving as a Management Analyst II for the City of Redwood City since May 2013. In this position, Joanna is responsible for various departmental functions, including budgetary management, staff supervision, and project oversight. Previously, Joanna worked at Notre Dame de Namur University as a Business Office Assistant Manager and Staff Accountant, where responsibilities included customer service support and financial processing. Early career experience includes a Special Project Intern position at the San Mateo County/Silicon Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau and a Lifeguard role at Burlingame Country Club. Joanna holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Economics/Accounting from Notre Dame de Namur University.
