Paolo Baltar

Paolo Baltar, P.E., is an Associate Engineer at the City of Redwood City, where responsibilities include planning sanitary sewer and flood protection projects and reviewing hydraulic capacity assessments. Previously, Paolo held positions as an Assistant Engineer at both the City of Redwood City and Santa Clara Valley Water District, focusing on construction plan reviews and technical investigations for recycled water projects. Other experience includes engineering internships at Shimmick Construction and technology firms, as well as various leadership roles during AmeriCorps service. Paolo holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA, where involvement in engineering organizations and leadership in competitive projects was demonstrated.
