Riley Meloche

Riley Meloche currently serves as the City Projects Manager for the City of Regina since May 2025, bringing extensive project management expertise from previous roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Information Services Corporation ISC from September 2021 to May 2025. Prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at FCC / FAC, where Riley held multiple positions including Special Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Insights Specialist, Forms Manager, and Ag Lending Analyst from January 2011 to September 2021. Riley holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Regina, obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and also earned a Project Management Certificate from the University of Regina.
