Jeremy Valdez is a civil engineer with a comprehensive background in civil design and project management. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer for the City of Renton since September 2023, Jeremy's previous experience includes the role of Civil Design Engineer II at DCG/Watershed, where responsibilities involved preparing construction plans and coordinating with various stakeholders. Prior to that, Jeremy worked as a Civil Design Engineer I at Barghausen Consulting Engineers, specializing in construction documentation and regulatory compliance. Additional experience includes positions as a Geomatics Technician at 1 Alliance Geomatics, Technical Consultant at Washington State University, Leasing Associate at The Grove Apartments, and Student Mentor at Multicultural Student Services. Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, complemented by foundational education at Bellevue College.
