Joe Stowell is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in utility management and project engineering. Currently serving as the Wastewater Utility Engineering Manager for the City of Renton since June 2020, Joe previously held the position of Utility Design Manager for the City of Bellevue from July 2018 to June 2020. Joe's extensive experience includes roles such as City Engineer, Interim City Engineer, and Project Engineer in Oak Harbor, WA, as well as a Licensed Engineer in Washoe County. Additionally, Joe has worked as a Project Engineer at Gray & Associates and FPE Engineering & Planning. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
