Ivan Harper has extensive experience in the landscaping and water production industries, most notably serving as the Water Production Lead Operator IV for the City of Rexburg since April 2014. As the owner of Har-Har Hauling since January 2000, Ivan successfully increased company profits by 55.9% over a decade. Previous roles include Foreman for All Seasons Landscaping, where Ivan managed daily operations and client relations, and Landscape Maintenance Manager for Merrill Quality Landscapes, overseeing maintenance for multiple commercial and non-commercial properties. Early career positions include Foreman/Account Manager at Picture Perfect Landscaping and Assistant Manager at Newdale Development, with duties ranging from crew supervision to resource management. The City of Rexburg is America’s Family Community and home to BYU-Idaho, two hours southwest of Yellowstone National Park. Family comes in many forms so we don’t seek to define the family. The Rexburg government is operated through a Mayor/Council system. The city was incorporated in 1883.
