Ivan Harper

Ivan Harper has extensive experience in the landscaping and water production industries, most notably serving as the Water Production Lead Operator IV for the City of Rexburg since April 2014. As the owner of Har-Har Hauling since January 2000, Ivan successfully increased company profits by 55.9% over a decade. Previous roles include Foreman for All Seasons Landscaping, where Ivan managed daily operations and client relations, and Landscape Maintenance Manager for Merrill Quality Landscapes, overseeing maintenance for multiple commercial and non-commercial properties.
