Currently serving as City Manager for the City of Rialto since August 2022, Tanya previously held the positions of Assistant City Manager and Assistant to the City Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Budget Director for the City of San Bernardino and Senior Management Analyst for Public Works at the City of Indian Wells. Tanya's career also features roles as Deputy City Manager and Assistant to the City Manager in the City of Tualatin, as well as Management Analyst for Community Development in the City of Hillsboro. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Local Government Administration from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and African Studies from the University of San Francisco.
