Carla Bolds

Carla (Prevost) Bolds, EDFP, MBA, currently serves as the Tax Assessor and Senior Financial Analyst for the City of Richardson, Texas, since December 2019. In addition, Carla has been an Adjunct Instructor in the Accounting Department at Collin College since October 2016 and operates as a Financial Service Consultant with Bold Business Solutions, LLC since October 2011. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Accountant at Ray Smith, CPA, PLLC, and Financial Reporting Manager at GIA Technology, among others. Carla's educational background consists of a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University, an MBA in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix, a BSBA in Finance, Economics, and Accounting from David N. Myers University, and an AAB in Business Administration from Bryant & Stratton College-Cleveland.
