Carli Luppold

Carli Luppold is a Radiological Emergency Planner with the City of Richland since January 2021, following a distinguished career at the Washington State Patrol where roles included Communications Officer and Communications Officer 3 from May 2006 to January 2021. Carli holds a Master of Science in Public Administration with a focus on Emergency Management from Capella University (2017-2020) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Collins College (1999-2001). Educational background also includes attendance at Marysville-Pilchuck High School from 1993 to 1995.
