Juan Sanchez

Juan Sanchez currently serves as a Plans Examiner for the City of Richland since June 2023. Prior to this role, Juan worked as a Code Compliance/Building Inspector for the City of Hermiston from July 2020 to June 2023, gaining certifications in residential electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural inspections. From July 2016 to July 2020, Juan was a Property Appraiser for the County of Umatilla, handling residential, commercial, and farmland appraisals. Earlier experience includes a position as a Sales Executive at Eastern Oregon Telecom from December 2012 to May 2016, and as an Insurance Agent from June 2005 to December 2012 with Farmers Insurance - District 44. Education includes studies at Blue Mountain Community College and ongoing coursework at Clackamas Community College.
