Kelly Hill

Kelly Hill has over 23 years of experience as an electrical engineer. Kelly currently holds the position of Chief Electrical Engineer at the City of Richland, a role they have held since October 2018. Prior to this, Kelly worked as an electrical engineer at Burns & McDonnell from December 2006 to June 2009. Kelly also served as an electrical engineer at Municipal Light & Power from October 2005 to December 2006, and at Dryden & LaRue, Inc from May 1996 to October 2005.

Kelly Hill attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
