Noel Noyola has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as an IT Customer Service Technician II for the City of Richland since June 2021. Prior to this role, Noel Noyola worked as a PC/LAN Support Analyst at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates from October 1997 to June 2021. Education was completed at Yakima Valley College.
