Ryan Lukson

Ryan Lukson serves as Assistant General Counsel and Director of Compliance at Energy Northwest since January 2023. Lukson has a robust legal background, having held roles such as Senior Corporate Counsel and Supervisor, as well as Senior Corporate Counsel. Additionally, Lukson has been a City Councilman and Mayor for the City of Richland since January 2018. Previous experience includes working as Assistant Chief Civil Counsel for Benton County, WA Government from July 2011 to December 2022, and in legal roles at Perkins Coie LLP and RumbergerKirk. Lukson holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business.
