Sheila Navarro, MBA, MAcc, Future CPA, currently serves as an Accountant for the City of Richland since January 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Staff Accountant at Goodwill Industries from November 2018 to January 2022, and various positions at HAPO Community Credit Union, such as Accounting Clerk and Collector from April 2014 to November 2018. Sheila began their career as a Front Desk Agent at Big Toe Auto Salvage, Inc. from July 2010 to April 2014. Academic achievements include a Master of Accounting from Western Governors University, awarded in 2023, and an MBA from the same institution attained in 2019. Additionally, Sheila holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Management and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Columbia Basin College.
