William Garcia

William Garcia has accumulated extensive experience in the inspection and field service sectors, currently serving as a Building Inspector for the City of Richland since March 2021. Prior to this role, William held positions as a Field Technician at Applus RTD Quality Services and NV5 from September 2017 to July 2023, as well as at ALLWEST Testing & Engineering between January 2015 and November 2015. William began a career in military service as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Marine Corps from 2007 to 2014. William holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Washington University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
