Donna Wood

Donna Wood holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. As the Founder and CEO of Coastal Leadership, LLC since February 2018, Donna Wood also serves as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Richmond Hill, Georgia, and is involved as an Independent Consultant for Maxwell Leadership. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Live Oak Public Libraries and Appling County School District, as well as various human resource positions at Gulfstream Aerospace. Donna Wood’s career began in customer service and sales at First Liberty Bank and DialAmerica.
