James Doll Mpa

James Doll, MPA, has served the City of Richmond, Indiana, as a Police Captain since July 2002, currently leading the Professional Standards Division and focusing on integrity, accountability, and professionalism within the police force. Prior experience includes roles as Police Lieutenant, where management of the Investigative Services Division took place, and as Police Sergeant, overseeing patrol operations and crime prevention. Early in their career, James served as a Loss Prevention Specialist at Meijer, enhancing asset protection strategies, and as an Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Army, contributing to national security efforts. James holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, both from Indiana Wesleyan University.
