Bernadine Doggett

Bernadine Doggett, MBA/HRM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, operations, and real estate. Currently serving as the Finance & Operations Manager for the Office of Community Wealth Building in the City of Richmond, Virginia, since January 2020, Bernadine provides operational support and leads compliance efforts. Additionally, Bernadine is a Licensed Real Estate Professional with United Real Estate Richmond, assisting clients in the Greater Richmond area. As CEO of Doggett Enterprises, LLC and Doggett Real Estate, LLC, Bernadine oversees various business operations and investments. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Operations at Clean Pride LLC and Operations/Program Manager at Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia, where Bernadine managed community employment services and developed strategic partnerships. Bernadine holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Strayer University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Virginia Union University.
