Charles Todd

Charles Todd currently serves as the Director of Information Technology for the City of Richmond, Virginia. Charles has extensive experience managing various divisions within the Department of Information Technology, including overseeing application development and hosting, server infrastructure, and network operations. Prior to their current role, Charles worked as a Consultant at Modis and as an Information Architect at Bank of America, where Charles was involved in large-scale projects aimed at simplifying IT systems. Charles holds a BA in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
