Cindy Kong

Cindy Kong is an experienced project development professional currently serving as the Senior Project Development Manager for the City of Richmond, Virginia since November 2023. Previously, Cindy held the position of Program Manager at RIHousing from May to September 2023 and worked at the Brockton Redevelopment Authority from July 2018 to May 2023, where Cindy progressed from Program Manager to Director of Programs and Operations. Cindy's career began at Comcast, where Cindy was a Customer Account Executive from June 2015 to December 2018. Cindy is pursuing a Master's degree in Real Estate Development at Georgetown University, expected to be completed in August 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bridgewater State University.
