Lisa Smith is a Senior Training Specialist with a supervisory background, serving in various roles at the City of Richmond and CorVel Corporation. Lisa managed a team of call center agents as a Customer Service Supervisor, also working on the CRM Team creating knowledge articles and designing interfaces. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Arts in Human Services from Liberty University. Lisa is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and Community Care and Counseling Traumatology.
