Patrick Odehnal serves as a Management Analyst at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since December 2022, following a significant tenure in the City of Richmond, Virginia. As a Project Development Manager, Patrick collaborates with government, non-profit, and religious organization partners to facilitate safe and affordable housing for vulnerable residents while overseeing multiple Federal Grants such as CDBG, ESG, and HOPWA. In a previous role as a Community and Economic Development Analyst, Patrick managed the RVA Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Program, focusing on health hazard mitigation in homes and enhancing community outreach. Patrick's career began as a Mayor’s Fellows Program Intern, gaining experience in grant proposal reviews and community development projects. Educationally, Patrick holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, both from Virginia Commonwealth University.
