Paul Manning

Paul Manning is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community service and youth development. Serving as the Senior Management Analyst and AmeriCorps Program Director for the City of Richmond, Virginia since 2010, Paul was appointed as the first Chief Service Officer, leading efforts to engage citizen volunteers in impactful community initiatives. Additionally, Paul contributed to community development as a member of the Governor's Advisory Board on Service and Volunteerism and founded U-TURN, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to training youth in high-performance athletics and academics. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as an Associate Engineer at Dominion Virginia Power, focusing on energy efficiency for commercial clients. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Virginia Tech.
