Priscilla Wright

Priscilla Wright is a seasoned professional in community program management with a strong background in recreation and outreach. Currently serving as the Recreation Program Manager for the City of Richmond, Virginia since July 2019, Priscilla leads city-wide event planning and permitting for outdoor spaces, enhancing community engagement and satisfaction while prioritizing safety and sustainability through a comprehensive event checklist. Previous experience includes roles as a Community Outreach Coordinator at Optima Health from November 2017 to September 2018 and as a Senior Program Specialist at the City of Richmond from June 2010 to December 2017. Priscilla holds a Master of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Strayer University, a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Old Dominion University.
