Warren Estes

Warren Estes has a background in accounting and business analysis, holding a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University, which was pursued from 1980 to 1982. Warren served as Assistant Controller and then as Business Analysis Manager at the City of Richmond, with tenure in the latter position beginning in May 2016.
