Alex Costin RPP, MCIP, is a professional planner currently serving as Planner 1 and Planning Technician - Design at the City of Richmond since July 2022. Prior roles include Planning Technician at the District of Summerland from February 2020 to June 2022 and Teaching Assistant for ENPL 301 - Sustainable Communities at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) in late 2019. Earlier experience encompasses positions such as Environmental Planning Technician Student and Planning Services Student at the Regional District Central Okanagan, as well as various roles in guest services and account management. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning from UNBC, earned between 2014 and 2019.
