Anna Tikanmaki

Anna Tikanmaki has over two decades of experience in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the Manager of Compensation & Benefits for the City of Richmond since April 2011. Prior roles include positions as Senior Compensation Specialist at EPCOR Utilities, Senior Compensation Advisor at Suncor Energy, and Senior Manager of Total Rewards at HSBC. Anna also worked as a Regional Coordinator for Total Compensation at Vancouver Coastal Health and served as a Compensation Consultant at Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Anna holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork and an MBA in Management of Organizations/Human Resources from Simon Fraser University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.
