Arnold Lau is an experienced engineering technician currently employed by the City of Richmond since February 2013, specializing in researching and interpreting engineering drawings and managing asset data using GIS and the Hansen Asset Management System. Prior to this role, Arnold worked at Fulcrum Graphics & Communications as a GIS Technician, consolidating field data and creating map compilations. Additional experience includes serving as a service specialist at London Drugs and a GIS Technician at E-Comm 9-1-1. Arnold holds an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information Systems from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from The University of British Columbia.
