Capri Horstmann serves as the High Performance Coordinator at Richmond Olympic Oval since August 2023, where responsibilities include program administration, business development, and managing relationships within the high-performance sports sector. Previously, Capri held the position of Facility Rentals Coordinator, collaborating with user groups and coordinating space usage. At the City of Richmond, positions as Instructor/Lifeguard and Junior Instructor/Lifeguard were held, encompassing over 500 hours of teaching and lifeguarding, along with ensuring safety and compliance. Additional experience includes roles as a Wellness Facilitator at Campus & Community Recreation, contributing to health promotion initiatives, and Guest Experience at Oilers Entertainment Group, addressing guest concerns. Capri also managed facilities for Edmonton Riverhawks Baseball Club, focusing on rentals and community engagement initiatives. Capri graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation, Sport & Tourism from the University of Alberta in December 2021.
