Chad Paulin, P. Ag., serves as the Environment Manager for the City of Richmond since July 2017, playing a vital role in the Sustainability Team by leading efforts in environmental issues, strategies, and policies while facilitating interdepartmental cooperation. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr. Permitting and Environmental Coordinator at Ledcor and as an Environmental Scientist specializing in environmental permitting at Stantec. Chad's background encompasses extensive work in contaminated site remediation, environmental assessments, and project management, underscored by a Master’s Degree in Environmental Protection from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Geography with a Certificate in Geomatics from Nipissing University.
