D. Sue Roberson has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and organizations. They started their career in 1996 as the State Personnel Director for the State of Indiana, a role they held until 2005. They then worked as a FCM at the State of Indiana DFC from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they joined the City of Richmond as the Human Resources Director, where they were responsible for managing HR policies and contracts. Finally, in 2017, they retired and began volunteering with the Wayne County Food Council.
D. Sue Roberson pursued their education at Indiana University Bloomington from 1973 to 1976, where they obtained a Bachelor of General Studies degree. D. Sue'sfield of study during this time was Math and Science. Following this, from 1977 to 1980, they continued their education at Indiana University East, where they attained another BGS degree. D. Sue'sfield of study remained focused on Math and Science.
