Dee Bowley is an experienced professional in event management and facility coordination, currently serving as the Program Manager for Events at the City of Richmond since April 2008. Previous roles within the City of Richmond include Centre Manager at the Minoru Centre for Active Living and Site Supervisor at Britannia Shipyard, among others. Prior to this, Dee Bowley served as Program Manager at YMCA Calgary and held managerial positions in the City of London, Canada, as well as in the City of Richmond earlier in the career. Dee Bowley holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree from The University of British Columbia, earned between 1990 and 1994.
