Hala Hassan, EIT, is an experienced engineer currently working as an Engineer in Training at the City of Richmond since September 2021. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at Scott Construction Group from June 2020 to August 2021, and various positions at the City of Richmond, including Project and Research Assistant in June 2018 and Recycling and Sanitation Clerk from August 2014 to August 2017. Hala's professional experience began as a Customer Service Representative at The UPS Store from 2013 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University (2019-2021), a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (2016-2019), current studies toward a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences at The University of British Columbia, and a High School Diploma from Rosary School.
