Joshua Hung

Joshua Hung is a dedicated aquatic staff member at the City of Richmond, serving as a Junior Lifeguard and Instructor since September 2021, focusing on patron safety and program delivery. As a Volunteer Adaptive Swim Instructor, Joshua teaches swimming techniques to children with developmental needs, adapting instruction to individual abilities. Additionally, Joshua contributes as a Recreation Care Volunteer at Rosewood Manor, offering music and recreation activities to support residents in a community care setting. In a volunteer capacity at Richmond Presbyterian Church, Joshua assists with the Community Meals Program, providing kitchen support to serve meals to those in need. Joshua is also a SHAD Alumnus and has been involved with the Vancouver Youth Symphony Orchestra from September 2019 to June 2022.
