Juliana Koo is an accomplished program manager and entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology training, consultation, and project management. At RevealMax since 2015, Juliana has played a key role in providing accessible technology training and analyzing digital literacy gaps within communities. Juliana's work with the City of Richmond includes significant contributions to a multi-million dollar public recreation software implementation project, coordinating training and communications for over 200,000 end-users. As the founder of Butterfly Fine Foods Inc., Juliana successfully established a gourmet food business from scratch, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic planning. Previous roles include managing client services at Reveal Research and serving as an assistant general manager at The Stock Market Inc., where Juliana excelled in customer service and operational efficiency. With a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology and a Computer Information Systems diploma, Juliana combines technical expertise with a passion for education and community engagement.
