Mohammad Kallas, MBA, serves as a Faculty Instructor at Kwantlen Polytechnic University within the Melville School of Business, specializing in Organizational Behavior and fostering student engagement through critical thinking and inclusive learning environments. In addition to this role, Kallas has been a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at CIBC since 2015, contributing to talent development in a leading financial institution. Experience also includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Guest Lecturer at Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business, and over 15 years of experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations, including Best Buy Canada and Rogers Communications Inc. Kallas holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University's Beedie School of Business, as well as several other academic qualifications in psychology, human resources management, and criminology.
