Taryn Lim is an experienced professional in the field of recreation and program development, currently serving as the Acting Recreation Leader for the City of Richmond since May 2013. In this role, Taryn develops, evaluates, and implements arts and recreation programs while also marketing various recreational activities. Previous positions include Auxiliary Attendant and Ergonomics Program Developer within the same city, as well as a Sports Programmer at Richmond Olympic Oval and Community Senior Level Coach at Vancouver United Soccer Club. Taryn holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from The University of British Columbia and has actively contributed to community health initiatives through volunteer work with the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
