Bayleigh Sears

Bayleigh Sears serves as the Rental Program Manager for the City of Ridgeland since January 2023. Prior professional experience includes a role as a Legal Assistant at Watkins & Eager PLLC from August 2021 to January 2023, and a position as a Paralegal at Joiner Law Firm, L.L.C. from July 2020 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Bayleigh worked as a Caregiver at First Presbyterian Church Childcare Center from April 2019 to May 2020 and at Claudia's Child Care Center from May 2016 to April 2018. Bayleigh's military experience includes serving as an E-2 in the Army National Guard from April 2015 to February 2016, attending Basic Training before discharge due to injury. Bayleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Mississippi University for Women, obtained between 2018 and 2020.
