Kelly Thompson

Kelly Thompson has a diverse range of work experience. They began their career in 2001 as the owner of Thompson Computer Services, LLC, where they worked until December 2014. In 2013, they joined Garfield County Govt., CO as an IT Specialist and stayed until May 2016. During this time, they also became the Music Director/Conductor for Symphony in the Valley in October 2013, a role they continue to hold. Since May 2016, Thompson has served as the Lead Systems Administrator for the City of Rifle, and as of August 2018, they have become the IT Director for the organization.

Kelly Thompson attended Colorado State University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. The field of study was focused on Music Education and Performance.
