Armando Cepeda currently serves as the Chief Building Official for the City of Rio Rancho, a position held since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Electrical Instructor at Mountainland Technical College from September 2021 to September 2023, and as the Chief Electrical Inspector for the City of Albuquerque from September 2017 to November 2022. Additionally, Armando held service manager positions at W.J. Electric and Bixby Electric, Inc. from March 2012 to September 2017 and September 2010 to March 2012, respectively. Early career roles include Journeyman Electrician positions at Big J Enterprises LLC and DRB Electric Inc., and an Apprentice Electrician position at DKD Electric from August 1998 to May 2002.
