Donna H. Shaffers is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal Human Resources Generalist for the City of Rio Rancho since October 2015, Donna has previously held positions including Human Resources Administrator at the New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department and Human Resources Director at the Louisiana Department of Health. Donna's earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Recruiter, Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, and Human Resources Manager. Donna's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2000 and 2005.
