Paul Wymer

Paul Wymer is an experienced professional in facilities planning and land development with a diverse background in public service and project management. Currently serving as a Facilities Planner at UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center since March 2021 and as a City Councilor for the City of Rio Rancho since April 2020, Paul has a proven track record in urban planning and community development. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Bohannan Huston, Inc., and a Land Entitlements Specialist at AMREP Southwest, Inc. Paul also held the position of Entitlements and Land Planning Manager at PulteGroup from September 2017 to June 2020. Education was completed at The University of New Mexico, earning a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Planning from 1980 to 1984.
