Staci Tipton has over 20 years of experience in emergency communications and public service. Currently serving as the Communications Assistant Manager for the City of Rio Rancho since March 2005, Staci also has a background as a 911 Dispatcher, certified background investigator, and a Communications Training Officer. Additionally, Staci holds the position of Communications Hiring & Training Supervisor at Central New Mexico Community College since December 2019 and has served as an instructor. Early career experience includes roles as an EMT/Firefighter with the Tijeras Volunteer Fire Department from 2003 to 2006 and administration at Legacy Hotels & Resorts from January 1999 to January 2001. Staci graduated from Manzano High School and attended The University of New Mexico.
